[Touch-packages] [Bug 1652303] [NEW] Ubuntu Touch Bluetooth Lag
Public bug reported: I am running Meizu Pro 5 rc-proposed Version 249. When running the phone in Desktop Mode (connecting to a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter v2) and using a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, there are frequent lags of 3-4 seconds between moving the mouse pointer or typing and what appears on the connected monitor screen. After researching this, I discovered this old bug "Bluetooth does not coexist with WiFi" : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/219057 Simply adding "options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=0" at the bottom of iwlwifi.conf in /etc/modprobe.d/ and rebooting, seems to have all but solved the lag problem. Suggest the iwlwifi.conf might be updated in future builds? ** Affects: bluez (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to bluez in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1652303 Title: Ubuntu Touch Bluetooth Lag Status in bluez package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I am running Meizu Pro 5 rc-proposed Version 249.
