Had to compile with: copied over current cofig Removed --> #CONFIG_SYSTEM_TRUSTED_KEYS sudo make menuconfig sudo make clean sudo make deb-pkg LOCALVERSION=-custom KDEB_PKGVERSION=$(make kernelversion)-1 Then installed the deb files.
