Bug description:
Just recently updated to 14.04 from 13.10 and immediately after the
installation and restarting of my computer I am unable to get to my
desktop or any other function besides a blank screen of just my
wallpaper. After I log in a pop up comes up saying that there has been
a system error, and nothing loads up. I have since tried a few more
restarts to see if it was a slight bug but I can't get past loading
  after the log in.
