  1. From the apps scope, open the camera-app
  2. Press the power button to suspend the device 
  3. Press the power button again to resume
  4. Unlock the device with the left to right swipe and reveal the apps scope
  5. Press on the camera-app in the list of Recent/Running apps

  ACTUAL RESULT
  Camera-app opens but the image is frozen like the camera sensor didn't resume

  EXPECTED RESULT
  Camera is operational

The camera app is not good at quickly being deactivated and reactivated.
I am fixing that now. However the shell's behaviour is incorrect: when
in the lock screen and swiping from the left edge the app is activated
for a split second and immediately deactivated.
