I am testing the silo and I found an issue. During a call when I have my
hand over the sensor and I plug in the headphones the screen never turns
back on, even after I remove my hand from the screen. This is also the
case for wireless headphones.

Just to clarify, this bug was already there for bluetooth headsets even
before this patch, but now that we also request power states for wired
headsets the bug became more visible.
