  The network indicator's WI-Fi and Flight Mode switches are reverted
  after a tap/click.

hmm.. could be multiple things..
Are there any crash files?

Could you provide the full /var/log/syslog to see if any of the services
(ofono, urfkill, NM) are being restarted?

i-network might not survive NM or urfkill restart.
