On bug 1382623 the format message://+44/hello was requested as a
suggestion, but the real implementation uses the format
message:///+92334?text=Hey .

I am closing this bug, but feel free to reopen it if needed.

  2. in the address box type 'message://+92334/Hey' and press enter.

  What happens:
  Messaging app opens with the title 'Hey' as contact.

  The header of the app should have the number and the message input box should 
be pre-populated with text 'Hey'

Is the supported format specified somewhere?

The original bug (bug 1382623) mentioned message://+44/hello . It is
fix released but there is no reference to the expected format anywhere.
