Bug description:
  An alert sounded for a meeting,
  The audio alert stopped sounding, but the phone continued to vibrate 
indefinitely
  The UI was frozen and the greeter could not be opened
  The power button did work to turn the screen on and off, but did not show the 
shutdown dialog.
  Hard power down

Pat, if you manage to reproduce this again, hopefully the .crash will be
better and uploads properly to errors.u.c, please find the OOPS of it
from /var/log/upstart/whoopsie.log.

Sadly the crash file is broken
   ERROR: Invalid core dump: BFD: Warning: /tmp/apport_core_0UZCqe is 
truncated: expected core file size >= 413511680, found: 309395456.

I'm with Pat that i don't think silo 3 has anything to do with this.

The qt update is a seemingly unrelated single patch and it was unity8
that crashed but no did not look at the crash file

seems hosed, wonder if its due to the silo addition.
