Public bug reported: According to the UX specification (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Qrd4Flfs3EH-fI79IfrYgLdAx2nce- L7ve8NKLCX324/edit#slide=id.g3583da3f4_00), when clearing browsing data (under Settings > Privacy), there should be a confirmation dialog to give the user a chance to cancel the action.
