Title:
X server fails to set correct mode on resume from sleep (NVIDIA:

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Using a really picky Dell P2415Q monitor through DP->mDP (displayport

disabled. (No other cards in sysfs.)

Really nasty bug, as every time all the running applications detect

I am actually running Debian. And the bug is more complicated than it
appears. Setting

options nvidia NVreg_EnableMSI=0

seems to help *sometimes*.

Once I get a better handle on the problem, I will file a proper bug
report with Debian and will cross-list it.

I'm getting the same bug with the Dell P2715Q (basically the same
monitor but with a larger panel).
