I cannot reproduce it otherwise. ^ comment #4 sounds consistent with the animation problem we had (have?) with right edge switching. The alignment/settling at the end of an animation would take a second or two, during which input would be ignored. On M10 tablet I notice some lag after swiping an app from the spread.
