Still exists in Ubuntu 22.04 with NVidia driver 390.157 DP works HDMI shows as connected, but no output to monitor. HDMI cable works with Mac Monterey but DP does not. Nouveau driver works with both ports but the external display speed is very slow and choppy even if I add PiP and use both ports at 60Hz to drive half the screen each. Neither the native HDMI port nor HDMI over Thunderbolt works. The driver recognizes the external monitor (existence and resolution) but does not provide a picture. Thunderbolt #1 never worked before but Thunderbolt #2 and the HDMI port worked in 16.10. The ports are fine (I can boot into MacOS and find all three combinations working).
