Here is an example failure: [10.244.40.32] sudo: add-apt-repository -k https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/ --yes "ppa:curtin-dev/proposed" [10.244.40.32] out: Error: retrieving gpg key timed out. One idea is that this needs to be addressed by making the client (software-properties) more robust.
