Refer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bootstrap_Protocol In older Ubuntu versions like 16.04, 18.04 etc. Network Manager does not blocks port 68 so DCA-E is able to read the responses. In Ubuntu 20.04, As network manager has already occupied port 68 it gets the DHCP response but DCA-E does not gets access to the port and cannot read the response. So let us know what could be the solution for this, is there a way we can call network Manager API and read the DHCP Discovery response ? Or can we have a call with Canonical and understand on this change in behavior ?
