Public bug reported:

The sound from the speakers and headphones is distorted when the system
startup. Has some strange disturbance in sound. If I issue "pulseausio
-k; pulseaudio --start" the sound is correct but when another startup
problem is come back. Reinstalling pulseaudio and alsa does not help.
Actually my pulseaudio version is 1:13.99.1-1ubuntu3.11. I try under
ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and 21.04 but it is the same bug. Installing another
newer kernel doesn't help either. The card is HDA Intel PCH, Cirrus
Logic CS8409 / CS42L42 chip (Dell Vostro 3500).
