[Trac] TracPermissions - can groups inherit group permissions?
Hello all, When adding subjects to groups on the permissions page (0.11dev), can groups themselves belong to groups? e.g. if I have: * group customer with permissions X, Y * group acme with permission Z and belonging to group customer * subject angela who belongs to group acme ...will angela have permissions X, Y Z? Or should I rather add angela to group customer and group acme? If it doesn't make a difference, is there a best practice? Thanks! [Trac] Setting up images directory for trac
After I added the latex-math preprocessor and it creates images of the math formulas in TRAC_ENV/images/latex/*.png My question is - where do I configure Image directory in the trac handler? Our setup uses : mod_python handler SetHandler mod_python PythonHandler trac.web.modpython_frontend The generated html for the wiki refers to : GET /latex/7e50aa934f700521be1604d35d06ef46.png but gets a 404. Hi, having installed trac from trunk (Trac-0.11dev_r6153-py2.4.egg) and tracmercurial (TracMercurial-0.11.0.1-py2.4.egg) as described on the wiki/TracMercurial I run into the problem that the hg repository module is not correctly installed. [Trac] Re: Can I generate links to the actual svn repository
Going out on a limb, it would probably be possible to define the base path your particular svn environment is located at in the specific trac.ini for your trac environment, then to modify the browser page to list the base path + your navigated path somewhere on the page. I would imagine that it could get fairly nasty when you start getting to InterTracs. There's a shot in the dark for you, but you would be better off listening to a dev's (Noah/Manu/etc) advice.
