Case closed. It works now after the weekend?!
Somehow I don't get why and when changes are applied in my trac
installation.

[Trac] Calendering Plug-in

2008-12-08 Thread Mike

Does anybody have/know of a calendering plug-in for TRAC?
The sort I'm envisioning would display as a monthly calender where
each day is a link to details for that day to view/input items
scheduled for that day.
Any ideas welcomed!!! Thanks

I use the WikiCalendar macro at track haks.
http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/WikiCalendarMacro
There are quite a few attachments/etc with enhancements that are worth
a look, I haven't tried those myself.

There is also a team caledar plugin which is more for team member
availability.

[Trac] Is there a size limit to the Trac.ini file

2008-12-08 Thread Aron

I am new to this group, and I tried to search for my question here but
could not find an answer, so here is my question:

Is there a size limit to the Trac.ini file?
I have a [ticket-custom] area in the trac.ini file that is pretty big
and it seems like I have hit the limit now. Each time I try to add
more to the [ticket-custom] area now, Trac will crash.

System Information
Trac: 0.11.1
Python: 2.5.1 (r251:54863, Apr 18 2007, 08:51:08) [MSC v.1310 32 bit
(Intel)]
setuptools: 0.6c7
SQLite: 3.5.2
pysqlite: 2.4.0
Genshi: 0.5
mod_python: 3.2.10
jQuery: 1.2.6

Not that I know of. Do you have any more details about the "crash" such
as tracebacks, error messages etc?

Did you restart the server after making the template change? Templates are
cached in memory by default to improve performance.

[Trac] Custom Actions textbox

2008-12-08 Thread REM

Hi. I am wanting to add a text box to the Actions area, so that when
a user closes a ticket, they can fill in this custom action to add
more info to the ticket.

I have added Custom Change Properties, but I want to have a custom
field for when they close a ticket...

Any way to do this?

Thanks
REM

[Trac] Re: Custom Actions textbox

You will need to make a new TicketActionController plugin to provide this. I
would just use the comment field.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have a look at it.
Apart from not being automatic, it also looks a bit Unix centered ;-)

F.Y.I., there's one another path using "dblatex":
  wiki --(plugin)--> DocBook --(dblatex)--> pdf

Unfortunately, setting up dblatex (and LaTeX related tools) for
Japanese is a bit complex,
but it provides good looking result for the book.
