hi Trac users ,

Am using trac 1.0 and i tied to work on Trac and i face a problem almost a 
week now 

on how i can connect trac  from its templete folder  there is lot of ways i 
tied but without sucssesfull 

can  any one help me with simplest way possible please . link am using to 
connect is as follows
