[Trac] trac multi project use the same python file

Hi

I already created multi project in Trac.
I have the same python plugin file to all the projects that exist
under
/srv/trac/proj_name/plugins/
FlexibleAssignTo-0.6-py2.4.egg
SampleValidOwnerProvider.py

but when i will used one project the other one cannot see this plugin
file.

Why ?

maybe i should put it in other place ?
or i will need to do something with the mod_python option ?

need help.

Can i hide some fields in the ticket according the specific state in
the flow?
(or disabled some fields)

[Trac] trac 0.11 work with sqlite 2

I know that Trac 0.11 work with Sqlite 3.
can it work with Sqlite2.
because i am already work with trac 0.10 with sqlite 2
and i want to upgrade the Trac with save all the database from sqlite
2
to the new Trac 0.11 .

how can i do that ?
