Not that I'm aware of, however this would not involve any Python programming at all. Trac Mylar is written entirely in Java and uses the Trac XmlRpcPlugin to interact with Trac. IIUC it also has a fallback mode that uses the normal Trac pages and GET/POST. VisualC++ integration would use the same principles. --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Trac Users" group. [Trac] Re: Addon for Visual C++ to use trac?
OK, some more explanation :) When I code and I recognize a problem, I just click on "New Task" in Eclipse and can describe the issue. So it would be nice, if there was a similar addon for Visual C++ which provides that feature (e.g. in the context menu). Of course, opening the browser and adding a new task in trac isn't that complex, but an addon would enhance my personal workflow. Changing from VisualC++ to CDT is unfortunately not possible here. As I'm not very familiar with Python, I just wanted to ask if such an addon already exists. Well, it's really hard to say anything without having a better idea of what it is you're trying to do, but as Trac is written in Python you may be able to do something with the Python C API (http://docs.python.org/api/api.html). But the question is: why?
