Currently POT files need to be put into the "templates" directory inside the project layout on the filesystem of the server. I hope we can make this easily accessible form the web front-end in a following release. If there are POT files in the project/templates/ directory, then adding a new language will cause all of that to be initialised according to those templates. I got it serving the files and reading the URL structure but the sessions didn't work (meaning you couldn't log in) and I abandoned the idea due to time. It might be easier for someone with more experience with mod_python though. I know what I want, and that I think the users will like, but I haven't the knowledge to do that alone (I haven't never installed Pootle, but I use it, and I dislike a lot its appearance). It can be done, but at the moment you would have to modify the kid templates. Good skin support would be great and we would be very glad for any contributions towards infrastructure to deal with this. One idea is to split the current templates so that we have layout templates (which can be used to create skins) and templates which hold all the rest of the info.
