Re: [Trisquel-users] ThinkPenguin will be @ FOSSCON Aug 9th in Philadelphia

Well, it isn't exactly one of the biggest, best, or most interesting events
around, but if your in the NY/NJ/PA tri-state area it's worth checking out.

Some events I'd reccomend over it are: HOPE, LibrePlanet, South East Linux
Fest, North West Linux Fest, LinuxCon (it's insanely exspensive to get in and
business oriented, but the after party is what really makes it worthwhile),
amongst a few others.

I'm running out of conferences to attend in North America. At some point
we'll probably end up having to hit some of the bigger events in Europe.

If you haven't been able to make it to any of the other GNU/Linux or free
software related events I've got a few more you may want to check out that
ThinkPenguin will be attending.

ThinkPenguin's going to be exhibiting at Fossetcon September 11th-13th. Our
CTO is also going to be giving a talk on libreCMC at the event.

If you can't make that we'll also be attending the Ohio Linux Fest at the end
of October. At some point I should probably put out a schedule of the
conferences we've attended and are likely to attend again.

In any event I'll probably announce the October Ohio Linux Fest on the
Trisquel forums and on the ThinkPenguin blog sometime after Fossetcon :

Very nice. It does look good! I like Gdesklets. I wonder if Conky will be
included in the repos when 7 comes out?

Conky 1.9.0 (the version in Ubuntu 14.04) already is available in the
backport section of Trisquel 6's repository!

Yea- I'd love to check them out. If your planning to go to any of them let me
know. Maybe we'll go too. The one in Belgium is probably very interesting. I
don't think they have exhibitor space though so it would be a little hard to
justify as a business exspense, but I'd still love to go for fun.

So, do I have to add that Trisquel 6 repo to the repo's in 7?
