When you have a doubt, the first thing to do is to use a search engine. If you search well and are unable to find anything relevant or pointers to further information, then ask. This is better for you because you may answer your inquiry faster, and better for the rest because you don't consume volunteer's time which is better spent in other tasks.

I have an x60 running libreboot.VGA port is working on Trisquel 7. Did you bought it on the Gluglug website or did you flash it by your own? You may give a try other distros and check if is Trisquel the problem.

Hi all, thanks for the replies. Chris: Yes, I'd tried the wifi toggle switch on the left side and the FN+F5 command for wifi before posting. risci_atom: ifconfig -a doesn't display anything other than eth0 as well. It seems like this may be a hardware issue? onpon4: I'm going to contact gluglug next. gary02121993: I wouldn't let this deter you if you're considering purchasing one of their machines. I've been using the x200 for ~3months with no problems except the wifi. I just haven't had time to troubleshoot until now. pizzaiolo: Thanks for the suggestion, if all else fails I'll go this route.

i have a x200 thinkpad that i tried to connect to a tv with a VGA cable when i connected it the message telling me it wasn’t connected disappeared but all i got was a blank screen its running libreboot but i was told on #libreboot that this was nothing to do with libreboot and external monitors work for other people using libreboot so its probably something to do with the os i am running(trisquel 7) dose anyone else on this forum have a x200 running libreboot or anyone who knows what my problem could be?

I installed version 20150518 today and that seems to have solved the issue with starting the computer. No matter how many times I tried, I could not get the extremely annoying --MORE--Unknown key 0xff-message to appear.

Dragora works with libreboot, I have a x60 running Dragora, never tried vga on TV, but it worked with a video projector.

Yes. And the debs in Ubuntu are cooked by the same people who provide the sourcecode of the same. I trust their sourcecode. I don't trust their debs. Who guarantees you that nothing was added to the deb?
