Agreed. It's easier for someone who doesn't need accessibility features
to disable them than for someone who does need them to enable them.

Ah, good ol orca, always a pain in the ass lol.

I think they should at least lower the sound of orca to 50% at least or do  
like parabola/hyperbola and have a seperate version with it enabled.

Trisquel easily. Accessibility features are an important part of Trisquel's  
standard edition.

This is just LightDM, not MATE, right? If so, just click on the
accessibility icon at the top right and disable the screen reader.
