Re: [Trisquel-users] Is TDE free software
They seem to have live CDs available. Other than the Debian based probably have the vanilla Linux kernel with non-free blobs and all. Besides that it's probably clean.
Re: [Trisquel-users] Is TDE free software
Trinity is a fork of KDE 3.5, so unless there were proprietary components in that version of KDE, there ought to not be any proprietary components in Trinity.
Re: [Trisquel-users] Is TDE free software
This page says it's GPL https://launchpad.net/trinity-desktop This one [http://www.trinitydesktop.org/] says it's free software. The Contributors tab at the second website lists some mirrors. If you dig down in the first mirror (and probably the others) there are sources: http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/trinitydesktop.org/trinity/ http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/trinitydesktop.org/trinity/trinity-builddeps-v3.5.13/debian/dists/lenny/main/source/ Is that enough to make it free?
