So, we shall mention http://libre.thinkpenguin.com to users. I mean, I've
seen a lots of replies mentioning https://www.thinkpenguin.com/ instead of
http://libre.thinkpenguin.com (including me). We must tell all the users to
know this so no one retransmits the other link.

If visitors to the site don't enter through the libre.thinkpenguin.com link
(just thinkpenguin.com), any computers ordered will be sent with Ubuntu
instead of Trisquel by default.

Maybe if it is PCI.

You The click counter on the Trisquel website has nothing to do with whether
profits are donated to Trisquel. Profits get donated to Trisquel if you get
to Think Penguin via libre.thinkpenguin.com.
http://trisquel.info/sites/countclick.php just redirects you to some other
link, libre.thinkpenguin.com in the case of that banner; based on the name
countclick.php, my educated guess is that it's used to record the number of
clicks that banner gets.

If it is not a laptop, you can replace the wireless card. With laptops it is
a lot harder, with desktops it is easy.

Buy any generic low-cost USB Wireless adaptor, only $8 - $10 bucks, and work
well with trisquel.

Smallwheels, sorry, I made a mistake, it's because I'm newly adapting to the
philosophy of the FSF.
My duty is highly recommend, you replace proprietary hardware for free, a
good place to start is this:

One of the links related to ThinkPenguin is for you to buy a WiFI Adapter
that will work on Trisquel.

https://www.thinkpenguin.com/

While you cannot conect to the Internet thru Trisquel with that Wireless
adapter you can still install Trisquel and use it and qhen you need to get
into Internet use the way you're connecting now till there developed drivers
for your card or you buy another WiFI adapter to work with Trisquel.

i'm just replying regarding the wireless (i have no idea about the default
DE, I don't use it) - by the sounds of it, your wireless card is NOT
supported by Trisquel. If it worked, you'd see wireless networks listed - i
use the livecd (on USB really) to test wireless hardware for support - if
nothing is listed = it's not supported. best of luck.

And that's probably because the wireless card of this laptop requires
nonfree software. Trisquel is a free distro, which means it doesn't
include any nonfree software, because it respects users' freedom to
control their own computer. If your wireless card doesn't work with free
software, it means its vendor wants to have control over its users
(that's you!) and you should change it with another card which works
with free software or you can add a wireless adapter on USB.

To change your UI fonts, you can go to Trisquel Menu → System Settings,
select Advanced Settings, on the side menu select Fonts, and click on the
setting for Default Font. You should be able to change your font size
system-wide.
