Netflix uses Silverlight for digital restriction mechanisms. I'm not aware of  
any other video streaming site that uses Silverlight, but if they exist, I'd  
wager to guess that they do it, too. Flash Player also has digital  
restriction mechanisms. Any such encrypted video is impossible to watch, I'm  
afraid. You'll just have to learn to live without them, or find an  
unauthorized copy somewhere else if you're willing to infringe copyright.
