Sure. Just use different config files with different ports for the
activated protocols and set multi_server = True in all of them.

Then you specify the path to the corresponding config file when you
start trytond: trytond -c path/to/config.

here is an installer for three instances.

To run different codes for every instances, tryton servers are run from
source.
