And technically, KFWB is not owned by CBS, due to ownership limits--it is in a trust while CBS is supposed to look for a new owner. KFWB may still be operated by CBS, IIRC. Overstated and incorrect, Kevin. Four stations were evacuated: The two mentioned in the original article, KNX and KFWB (CBS' two AMs) and two of their five FMs (KRTH and KTWV). Three of CBS' FMs in Los Angeles are located at the old KHJ transmitter site at Venice/Fairfax: KCBS-FM, KROQ, and KAMP. So ... not a dozen and not all in the same building.
