Yeah, the "Twisted Writing Standard" doc supersedes.  I've removed the link.

In the future you can go ahead and just optimistically update - the wiki can 
always roll back if necessary :).

Hello,

The link to the "Documentation Standard":

on https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/wiki/ContributingToTwistedLabs leads
me to a 404.  Should this go anywhere or just go away?  Does the
"Writing Style Guide" supercede, or is this in reference to API docs?
