If that's the case, How does Tweetdeck display when one of my tweets have been favorited? I doubt that they're tracking all of the events. I have to wonder if there's an undocumented API call. Recent versions of TweetDeck connect to Twitter's User Streams API ( http://dev.twitter.com/pages/user_streams ) which stream events for the current user like favorites, follows, and retweets in real time. That is only available if you actively monitor a user using User/Site Streams and keep track of the favorite events. Cannot be done retrospectively via the REST API I am afraid.
