Vielen Dank.

Das war der Grund. Hatte noch eine alte PHP 5.3 installiert und FileInfo dort 
aktiviert.
Verwendet wurde von Typo3 aber PHP 7, wo FileInfo nicht aktiviert war.

Du brauchst die PHP-Erweiterung php_fileinfo, ist die installiert?
