[U-Boot] Is it a bug in super.c in ubifs

Hi,
 
    I found that in super.c, ubifs_fs_type is defined, 
 
    static struct file_system_type ubifs_fs_type = {
         .name    = "ubifs",
         .owner   = THIS_MODULE,
         .get_sb  = ubifs_get_sb,
    };
 
    but the struct fs_supers  which is list_head type is not
initialized.
 
    This may cause a memory abort in calling function sget( ) in
ubifs_get_sb( ).
 
    fs_supers is not initialized in the latest u-boot version.
 
    Do you have some suggestions?
