Hello,

I have some quick questions regarding UniData software. Recently I was hired
as Network Administrator and some of our systems run on UniData. I would like
to know as much as I can about this system. Here are some of my details:

My server details:

Dell PowerEdge 2500SC
Dual Pentium III 1.2 GHz processors
1.0 GB RAM, 1536 MB pagefile
Windows 2000 Server (SP3)
Three-disk SCSI RAID 5 array (Dell / Adaptec hardware RAID)
Approximately 30 simultaneous users all running Windows using telnet sessions
to access the server

My questions:

How can I find out which version I am running?

Why does UDT.exe cause the server CPU to remain at 50% occasionally and how
can I stop this from happening?

I did spot some articles relating to the issue I am having but I believe
they relate to Unix or Linux because they involve running top on the server. I
know Windows systems in general are terrible for memory leaks, bugs,
insecurities, etc, but the issue remains that udt.exe takes up 50% of my CPU,
and that is not a Windows problem that I am aware of. Please help point me in
the correct direction.

Thank You!
