The company I work for, currently in Southeast Florida (USA) is thinking about moving to the Orlando area. I wanted want the market for recruiting permanent Unidata developers (not consultants, sorry, not this time) in the Orlando area was like. If we move, will I be high and dry if my current staff decides not to make the move?
