RE: [U2] RE: Using the BCI

2006-05-05 Thread Victor St Clair
Thanks to all who replied with information on this topic. That is
exactly the kind of info I was looking for.

Wendy, the archives I was trying to use are the ones at indexinfocus,
using the link from the U2UG page. I tried the Nabble link and it is
working, so thanks for the pointer. And thanks for once again being on
this list. It was help from you a couple years ago that gave us the
missing info we needed to get the CALLHTTPS functions to work.

Mike, I'll definitely check out the CONNECT program and lookup the KB
articles from Paul Chang. He's helped us out many times over the
years.

Bob, appreciate the offer of sharing examples. As soon as I get a
little further down the road and feel I could make sense of examples,
I'll get back in touch with you. Thanks.

Brian, an actual article/tutorial would be awesome. Great timing. When
is the article scheduled to be published?

RE: [U2] RE: Using the BCI

2006-05-03 Thread Brian Leach
Victor,

I've just written an article/tutorial on using BCI for Vmark UK's
newsletter.
As soon as it is published I'll post the link: it has a reasonable set of
examples for both UV and UDT, though it doesn't cover calling stored
procedures (I was going to keep that for an 'advanced' article).
