Your right I missed the point. You can't do that in UV that I know of. They could do that in UltPls and it gave us fits during a conversion from UltPls to UV. I understand that in Unidata (6.x), MATPARSE will distribute the elements of a dynamic array into a dimensioned array. Just curious - Does anyone know if there is a command/function that will do just the opposite? Something that will distribute the contents of a dimensioned array to a dynamic array? Just curious - Does anyone know if there is a command/function that will do just the opposite? Something that will distribute the contents of a dimensioned array to a dynamic array? Nothing in the manual jumped out at me...
