The native QGIS GRASS plugin (qgis-plugin-grass) still doesn't support GRASS 7, the only support in QGIS for GRASS 7 is in Processing. Yes, these packages can be uploaded to ubuntugis-unstable too. The important issue to be aware of is the lack of GRASS 7 support in qgis-plugin-grass (therefor QGIS has a versioned dependency on grass << 7), I'm not aware of other issues. I'd start with gdal 1.11.2, then grass 7.0.0, and finish with libgdal-grass 1.11.2.
