ubuntu 9.04 accessibility

I got a very stable ubuntu 9.04 system by following directions at the 
following URL.  This bipasses pulseaudio and uses alsa for 
everything.  If anyone has any questions, let me know.

Re: Installing latest at-spi

This worked.  Everything is now latest version.  I have to leave at the
moment, so I don't have time to update the wiki.  I'll do it when I get
back if no one else gets around to it in the mean time.
