I am now running the latest stable release (r20) on the Aquaris e4.5, but I have had the same problem since October '14, running previous releases on my Nexus 4. The hashtag is frequently required as an "end of field" delimiter when entering numbers in response to automatic phone answering services in my country of residence (Norway). Not being able to access this character makes it impossible to enter the correct response to such services (i.e. some mobile bank services, ticket ordering services and many others). ** Also affects: nuntium (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: When I send an MMS from Ubuntu to Ubuntu phone with text: "áéíóúñ" I receive garbage on the other end. - It seems the data is sent as UTF-8 looking at the tcpdump, so the - problem is probably on the receiving end. + It seems the data is sent as UTF-8 looking at the tcpdump, and the other + end receives also UTF-8, but with different content. [Ubuntu-apps-bugs] [Bug 1460560] [NEW] ubuntu touch: dialer app long press #1 no function
Public bug reported: when I long press #1 button (to get to the voice mailbox) it just says: 'Enter a number'. When entering the number, it calls the mailbox, but doesn't record the number. I find no way to store the mailbox's number in the phone. Is it implemented already ? regards Hans-Peter ** Affects: dialer-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Apps bug tracking, which is subscribed to dialer-app in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1460560 Title: ubuntu touch: dialer app long press #1 no function Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: when I long press #1 button (to get to the voice mailbox) it just says: 'Enter a number'.
