We can't use that button look. It very much obscures (your
implementation anyway) the Ubuntu logo. The icon should be the logo itself.

I disagree. While the color is a strong contrast. It looks *exactly*
like a set of speakers I have.

The small sizes have a better defined tray, but there's still the issue
with the right side of the tray on the large icon. Also, the darker grey
looks less friendly, I think.
