[ubuntu-art] [Breathe] ArtLibre icon name support

I've decided to support proposed ArtLibre naming spec in Breathe.

So far, I know Inkscape supports it. I have to look into GIMP.

If anyone wants to head up organization of this I'd be glad for the
help. Would require wiki editing and managing BZR.

Their choice of format is...confusing.  Why use a prop. format for a free
software logo contest? Png will do.

No.

PDF is an open standard that was officially published on July 1, 2008
by the ISO as ISO 32000-1:2008.
