Re: [ubuntu-art] Gettin' our @$$3$ in gear. or, a team restructuring.

2009-04-19 Thread Kyle Family
I am totally enthusiastic about a plan like this, if this is what it
takes to get Ubuntu looking more "sophisticated." Because in my
personal opinion, there are some very "amateur" things about Ubuntu
(although I love the distro) mainly that being the graphical end. What
I would love to see is a lot higher standard on the "overall look,"
and "feel."

Just my 2 cents...

Oliver,

There's only one slight problem I have noticed with your Logo... that
is the far most left circle is not as close to the center as the other
two are. Maybe its just my eyes deceiving me.

[ubuntu-art] New Wallpaper Uploaded

2009-02-27 Thread Kyle Family

Okay, I just uploaded a wallpaper to

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Jaunty/Wallpaper

Check it out and then please let me know what you all think... It
definitely needs some adaptations, so don't be scared to tell the
truth. :)

[ubuntu-art] New Member

2009-02-27 Thread Kyle Family
Hi Everyone!

I'm new here, so what do I need to know to get into the culture? I
just created a background for one of my projects recently, and a
friend told me that I should submit it to the ubuntu artwork team. How
do I go about doing that?
Thanks!
