 Hi ubuntu art team!

I have a little bug in one program I maintain, and I think you can fix
 it :p

this can be trivial for you, but it isn't for me, I even don't know how to
save a png file in gimp, I don't understand anything of graphic stuff (even
if I find it interesting I'm not good at all).

 the bug is this one
 http://code.google.com/p/hedgewars/issues/detail?id=623

 and the file is here

would be nice if somebody can increase the resolution, taking something
from other images, don't know, you are the art team, I don't understand how
 to do... :)

I'm attaching you the hwengine.png, the other png could be found there...

 https://code.google.com/p/hedgewars/source/browse/#hg%2Fshare%2Fhedgewars%2FData%2FGraphics

 Can anybody please help us?

 thanks

 Gianfranco

Re: [ubuntu-art] Unoffical Ubuntu Artwork Site (Again...)

2013-03-07 Thread Matt Elsberry (Personal)
Thomas,
We have all tried to address the issue and cannot seem to get a
response from the admin. That is why I decided to go another route and
offer an alternative. The majority of the active users on the previous site
have already registered and started posting. It is, of course totally up
to you, but we welcome you to this page:

http://www.ubuntuart.org

I have already added another moderator, and will definitely add more just
to help combat what is taking place on the above mentioned forum. If you
wish to volunteer for moderating, I will gladly oblige you.

Okay, so I am going to ask for Moderator Status on the site

Posts/Topics. I'm not trying to sound rude, but when i thought of a website
for this, i didn't think there would be this much of a problem with spam..
 It's kinda annoying...

Please acknowledge this request. The previous message is listed below of
 the last request.

 ORIGINAL MESSAGE:

 Hello all!

I am asking for Moderator/Administrator status on the following site:

 http://sth-group.pl/ubuntu-artwork/

This is the Unofficial Site for Ubuntu Artwork. I am requesting this status
because I have visited the site and noticed that users/members have been
abusing their forum privileges. I will not go into details at the given
moment. I'm not exactly sure who owns the administrator account (kWeglinski),
but I am just asking for Moderator status so I can delete all of the
unrelated spam that has recently been posted onto the site. There are over
2,000 spam topics throughout the site, and I would like to get rid of them.
Please contact me ASAP, because I would not like to see all of our starting
 effort go to waste.

 Thank you,

 Thomas Corwin

Buying a $4.00 domain is the least I could do for a group that has provided
me and my family with a teriffic OS free of charge.

I will look for your email address in the user logs and make the
appropriate privilege changes.
