Re: [ubuntu-art] default bittorrent icon for .torrent extension
It seems that the default mime-type is: application/x-bittorrent On Tue, Apr 1, 2008 at 9:46 PM, Sav vas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Connected to this bug reports: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/65880 > I have noticed that it's been a while since the last bittorrent icon > inclusion for a .torrent file extension. > So here we go: > extension: .torrent > mimetype: application/x-extension-torrent > http://savvas.radevic.com/previews/bittorrent-icon/bittorrent.svg > > > > I have some other application-specific for deluge and transmission: > http://savvas.radevic.com/previews/bittorrent-icon/all.svg > > I licensed it under GPLv2, if any of the images/sources I used is > under a different license, I truly apologize, notify me of the error > and I'll fix it. > -- ubuntu-art mailing list ubuntu-art@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-art
Re: [ubuntu-art] icon needed
Maybe an open package with all the commercial icons involved popping out of it? or a green plus "+" sign on one of the corners On Feb 5, 2008 12:08 PM, Emrah Ünal <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi there > > The Gnome icon theme uses a small "barcode" emblem for "sales", somehow > can be corresponding with the "commercial" idea. If you want to emphasize the content, yes, but those three little buttons are still essential to users. I like separately coloured titlebars heh (old-fashioned) > P.S. True. My pick is definetely still the sexy heron-themed wallpaper! :) -- ubuntu-art mailing list ubuntu-art@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-art

I love the details in the buttons, but I hate the maximize and the like. I think that one would go nicely with a background like the caramel theme uses, the "wooden background" https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Hardy/Alternate/SzerencsefiaGTKIdea I'd go with the Union, but I don't know if it's doable :) -- ubuntu-art mailing list ubuntu-art@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-art
Re: [ubuntu-art] hardy artwork
I love it (Fela Kuti). This could very much be the hip wallpaper of hardy, to get away from those "default lines" in the background :) -- ubuntu-art mailing list ubuntu-art@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-art
Re: [ubuntu-art] wav instead of ogg - ATTN KEN (kwwii)
Fair, but there are tons of web-based or normal desktop applications that help the user choose whether to download the attachments or simply list them. They could make good use of free email just for mailing lists On the other hand, if I'm being too "harsh" on separating the emails from mailing lists, we need an alternative way to post stuff, but where should people attach files? Is there a way to link the attachments to a wiki site or launchpadlibrarian.net ?
