I would also participate. 3.30 am for me should be good. I think that a good idea is to make minor changes to the color scheme of the theme (no revolution but using similar palette..I have already posted my concept of idea in previous my email ). And perhaps change ubuntulooks engine with clearlooks engine. It's very simple and not revolution the current theme (Gutsy). A new idea of the theme could be made for Hardy + 1. gp ps: sorry if my english isn't very good. Two more items: 8) The artwork for the windows installer program (Wubi, I think it is called). They need windows icons for the variants as well as a some other small pieces. 9) For the pager-tooltip we need dedicated icons for the entries "Scale", "Expo" and "Zoom".
