[ubuntu-art] testing stuff in the alpha

Hi all,

As suggested here, we would like to start putting in wallpapers and a new 
gtkrc for clear looks so that they can be tested.

Wallpapers will be chosen for each week and swapped out to allow people to 
give feedback. The gtkrc will be changed as needed (no need to swap these out 
every week but rather on a feedback/tweak basis.

We can discuss this at the meeting on Friday (if it will be on Friday, that 
is)...
