Three things that occur to me as I read the wiki. For photos, is there a min/ max specification on the mp/resolution? Does abstract cover things done in inkscape/gimp and so on? The start date for one release will be the end date + 1 of the previous release. Having the motive out-of-focus is the cause. The effect: the point of interest is depicted blurry, not sharp. Usually the whole photo appears blurry (having something random sharp while everything else is blurry is even worse). Cases where it is clearly wanted to have the motive blurred are excluded from this criticism, of course.
