[liveCD] laptop external screen only
Tom, look for a button that says Fn in the bottom right or left corner of the keyboard, then look through all the f1 f2 f3 f4... keys for one that has a monitor symbol. CalDAV/WebCal Server
If the Webcal and Caldav server doesn't work out perhaps a submission of dates and times to a public google calendar? I know it's not as much fun, but it would be a lot quicker. As well as open the group up to public searches online for the club.
