Wireless Information for Australian Networks Devices

2010-04-22 Thread Jared Norris
Good morning/afternoon/evening Ubuntu-AU'ers

There was been some good information coming out of the woodwork with regards
to populating the table with some device information (it has even helped me
with my upcoming wireless broadband decision). It has been requested that we
also put network APN and DNS IP information on this site as well to greatly
assist in setting up new broadband network devices and make it a much more
complete resource. As a result I have added another table to the page to
include this information. If you can all please feel free to fill this in
that would help everyone out in a pinch for sure (much easier than searching
through ISPs websites for obscure pages they try and hide).

Go forth and edit!

In mailing lists and irc chat rooms you do not need to ask permission
before asking a question.

If you have a question just go ahead and ask it. If someone has the
knowledge they will help you out. if you don't get a response in a few
days ask somewhere else.

Please provide as much detail as possible so we don't have to guess what
you are doing.

Specifically I am trying to set up the wireless connection but when I
open Edit Connections and then Edit Wireless Connection 1 the window

a way either to drag it up, or make it smaller so I can use it. I
have the same problem when I try to use the Jetstar website. Any
 suggestions?

Hold alt, click on the window and drag it.
